Las Calderetas camping area is located in the village of El Ravelo, in the district of El Sauzal. It can be reached via the TF- 152 La Laguna- Tacoronte- El Sauzal road going up to El Ravelo and then taking the turning to the “campo de tiro” (shooting range). The road is asphalted until you reach the recreation area and then there is about 500 metres of dirt track to reach the camping area.
It has an area of 1,500 metres. Camping is free although there is no running water, toilets, showers or disabled access. Nearby there is a recreation area, which closes at 19.00 hours in winter and 21.00 hours in summer.
