After his studies at Saint Luc School of fine art, Belgiun artist Frank De Decker has sold his artwork all over Europe. This exhibition at La Galería El Nautico covers classic pencil drawings to modern combined techniques. All of his portraits are hand drawn or hand painted in all styles, with no computer enhancement.
